Responsibilities
- Run and distribute receiving reports and the PRB (Production Review Board, or similar) report from the ERP system (E1)
- Accurately update material (coil) status, location, and transfer data in the E1 system
- Assist dispatchers with scheduling carrier arrival appointments and setting up necessary information within the TMS (Transportation Management System).
- Perform daily comparison and check of received materials against required technical specifications
- Provide on-call support to address and resolve urgent material requirements or receiving emergencies
- Serve as a primary resource for team members regarding material specification-related issues and internal system troubleshooting
