salary: $55,000 - $58,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls on outstanding past due accounts. Specific divisions assigned
• Collect necessary paperwork to efficiently facilitate customer payments
• Receive customer inquiries, research information, and respond timely
• Schedule, attend and lead regularly scheduled divisional aging meetings with the division manager, and other members of management as needed
• Compile information necessary to pursue legal action for non-payment customers
• Work with the billing staff to process billing corrections
• Research account history, identify discrepancies, and perform necessary steps to correct
• Apply cash receipts
• Print and mail customer invoices 
• Other accounting duties as assigned by Management
