A client of ours in the manufacturing industry located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a Materials Scheduling Manager to join their team.  The Materials Scheduling Manager is responsible for the end-to-end flow of materials and products. This role manages the procurement, scheduling, and staging of incoming raw materials to ensure production continuity and verifies finished goods inventory to support on-time customer shipments.  This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package. 

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Production and Inventory Management: Schedule and monitor the entire manufacturing plant's production plan, overseeing schedules and inventory levels to ensure continuity.
  
  
• Order Fulfillment Coordination: Serve as the critical link between manufacturing and shipping departments, coordinating logistics to ensure all customer orders are shipped on time and in full (OTIF).
  
  
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain the accuracy of production and inventory control data, including all inventory adjustments and material returns. Prepare detailed statistical reports and analyses for the Production Manager.
