Responsibilities
The Currency Administration Client Service Representative will be responsible for the core daily functions necessary to meet client obligations:
Client Relationship Management: Perform all daily operational tasks required for a subset of client relationships within Currency Administration. This includes working closely with management to ensure client inquiries are responded to accurately and all daily client deliverables are met efficiently.
Global Coordination: Ensure the appropriate and timely hand-off of tasks to our regional offices to maintain continuous service coverage and meet all client deliverables daily.
Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain and demonstrate deep product knowledge through strict adherence to established operational and compliance procedures, ensuring high standards of data integrity and service delivery.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent educational background.
- Procedure Adherence: Proven ability to understand and follow complex, established operational procedures consistently.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Communication: Verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for effective internal and external client support.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
