In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of the company's most important clients, including large global corporations, state and local governmental entities, and the United States Federal Government. You will take full ownership of the entire client servicing relationship, from complex billing and reconciliations to end-of-lease management, ensuring a premier, white-glove service experience.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact and take full ownership of a dedicated portfolio of strategic clients.
- Handle customer service inquiries regarding collections, process refunds, account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct large-scale financial reconciliations and cash application analyses.
- Perform root cause analysis to problem-solve complex, customer-facing issues and develop effective action plans.
- Understand and execute the complete end-of-lease process, including providing buyout/upgrade quotes, scheduling equipment removal, and managing contract terminations.
- 1-3 years of experience in high-level Collections, B2B Customer Service, or a related financial services role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., v-lookups, pivot tables) and Microsoft Word.
- Experience servicing Governmental (State, Local, Federal) entities- Preferred
- Direct experience with payment application and/or financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce. - Preferred
- Hybrid work schedule after training
- No weekend shifts
