Responsibilities
Error Resolution: Our foremost priority is to address orders that have stalled in the error handler due to issues such as invalid addresses, missing recipient names, duplicate entries, or inactive contracts. We have weekly time studies available that quantify the resource allocation required for these activities.
Order Management: The next priority is overseeing the cancellation of J0 orders, particularly for concerns like PFAS. In addition, we need to coordinate with the e-commerce team to remove out-of-stock items from the website. Another important task is fulfilling orders that require DMV contract sourcing and supporting IT with open order report management. Weekly time studies outline the operational impact of these tasks.
Bulk Order Processing: Collaborate with the Claims team to obtain shipping quotes, prepare sales quotes, and process bulk orders through SFCC. This will ensure a smoother workflow and efficient handling of bulk orders.
Contract Administration: Finally, managing the lifecycle of contracts is a crucial task. This includes adding new contracts, extending existing ones, canceling contracts, and allocating resources accordingly.
