We're seeking an experienced project-management savvy candidate to support a Project Management team in the construction services industry. This role requires a proactive, organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction or engineering environments and a foundation in administrative operations, finance coordination, and project support.

Responsibilities

Project & Finance Support

• Assist Project Managers with bid preparation, front-end documentation, and closeout materials.
• Support bidding coordination, ensuring paperwork aligns with current union policies and company standards.
• Manage vendor invoice approvals, payroll reporting, and expense submissions from field teams.
• Route project paperwork between the regional and corporate offices for processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Office Administration

• Oversee daily office operations including mail distribution, call routing, and general administrative procedures.
• Maintain organized systems for documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Serve as the central liaison for both internal teams and external partners.
