- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrable experience selling electronic components (e.g., semiconductors, passive components, connectors, displays, power supplies) OR similar highly technical materials/products where technical proficiency is required.
- Understanding of the B2B sales process and technical sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). This is a base PLUS commission opportunity.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
