What You'll Be Doing: As a crucial part of our client support team, you will be the backbone of efficient, digital-first client interaction:
- Case Ownership: Take charge of client inquiries and requests coming in through email and digital platforms.
- Smooth Sailing: Ensure the smooth and efficient handling of client cases, from initial inquiry to final resolution.
- Investigation & Resolution: Dive deep into case details, utilize resources, and collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely solutions.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain impeccable documentation and adhere to company and industry standards.
- No Call Quotas! Focus on quality, in-depth service through digital correspondence.
- Consistent Schedule: Work a stable 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday–Friday.
- Excellent Pay: Competitive hourly rate of $20 - $25 per hour, Depending on Experience.

Responsibilities
- Handle basic client inquiries and requests primarily via email and live chat. This includes providing general updates on case status and processing routine information changes.
- Accurately document all interactions, case updates, and relevant information within the internal systems.
- Redirect claims and complex inquiries to the appropriate department or senior staff member for further handling.
- Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism in all non-call client interactions.
- Required to obtain your P&C license
