The Data Entry Specialist plays a key role in maintaining accurate and organized records for our clients. This position involves handling confidential medical files and ensuring that all information is entered correctly into the company’s secure database.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, data entry skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for reviewing physical documents, identifying and verifying key data points, and entering that information into digital systems with a high level of accuracy.



salary: $10.08 - $15.08 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Retrieve individual medical files from storage boxes for data entry.
  
  
• Identify and enter required data fields from each file into the database.
  
  
• Maintain proper organization by returning completed files to their boxes and boxes to designated pallets (maximum of five boxes per pallet).
  
  
• Handle and transport boxes as needed (approximately 5% of the time).
  
  
• Perform data entry tasks while seated for the majority of the shift (approximately 95% of the time).
