This is a dynamic, "jack-of-all-trades" role. You will be the "go-to" person for the client, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a wide range of on-site office duties. This may include print production, mail services, reception, pantry/hospitality, and basic copier maintenance.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary on-site contact, providing excellent customer service via email, phone, or in-person.
- Perform general reception duties: greet visitors, answer calls, and manage conference room schedules.
- Handle pantry/hospitality services, ensuring all conference rooms and pantry areas are neat, organized, and stocked (coffee, tea, supplies, etc.).
- Manage all mail services: receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail, interoffice mail, and courier items (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer skills and general technical aptitude.
