- At least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or management position within construction administration, construction management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated history of successfully managing, mentoring, or guiding project support or administrative personnel.
- Exceptional organizational ability coupled with a rigorous focus on detail and accuracy.
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) necessary to interact productively with all levels of staff, project teams, and external partners.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and practical experience with construction or project management software (such as Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable platforms).
- A proven capacity to effectively prioritize and manage multiple deliverables while adapting quickly to changes in project scope or schedule within a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities
- Mentor, train, and support construction administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance on best practices and innovative solutions to strengthen administrative functions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase team productivity.
- Develop and standardize procedures for documentation, reporting, and communication across multiple projects.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor administrative activities for ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance.
- Resolve complex administrative challenges and ensure consistent project support.
- Participate in problem-solving and decision-making to enhance operational performance.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to new team members on project procedures, tools, and systems.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and accountability.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all project activities and deliverables.
