Looking for  a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We are seeking a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential operational support to our Recruitment Operations Manager. Manufacturing industry recruiting experience preferred.

This is a critical temporary role created to manage a significant influx of work from recent organizational growth and the centralization of our hourly workforce recruitment. Your success in this role will directly contribute to demonstrating the need for a permanent position in the future. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. Responsibilities

Support interview scheduling for all salaried employees, from administrative roles to VP level, and

handle offers and background checks for the hourly workforce in-plants.

manufacturing coordination experience due to the unique understanding required for centralizing hourly recruitment

Utilize Workday knowledge

Basic Microsoft Suite skills

High Volume Recruitment
