- Must have 3 to 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience with Workday and/or Phenom
- Experience recruiting for supply chain/distribution/sales/HR in a supply chain/food distribution setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate hiring managers and utilize recruiting best practices
- HS Diploma/GED required. Bachelors degree or relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Source, screen and interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills for open positions; may utilize ATS.
- Arrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessary.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Recruiting for 20-30 positions for the food distribution locations, for exempt roles (Supply Chain/Sales Support).
- Review resumes, conduct phone screen interviews with candidates, regular communication with candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conducting follow ups with candidates and managers.
- Extending offers.
- Handling multiple hiring managers at multiple field locations.
