- Have an in-depth understanding of business processes related to specific areas of Workday, including understanding of end-to-end Workday integration points
- 4+ years of relative Workday Time Tracking configuration experience
- Self-motivated, organized and capable of proactively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple projects to successful completion
- Advanced computer skills: proficient with MS Outlook, Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Experience working in a global company, preferred
- Associate’s degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities
- System Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Workday modules including Payroll, Absence, and Time and Attendance. Ensure system settings and configurations are optimized for performance and functionality.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and new functionalities Coordinate with IT and Workday support to address any technical issues or enhancements
- Documentation: Develop and maintain system documentation, processes and procedures
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows and business processes within Workday to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the Workday system. Provide second-level support for complex problems that cannot be resolved by first-level support.
- Create and maintain an executable backlog of product requirements
- Execute business process testing alongside leading business partners/COEs through User Acceptance testing of new or delivered functionality
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive team alignment on product vision and value delivery
- Assist with issue resolution
- Partner with HRIS and HR Shared Services for impacts to system configuration, service center impacts and overall colleague experience
