This is a hands-on, 100% onsite administrative role where you will play an integral part in ensuring the seamless, efficient operations of our critical Supply Chain and Distribution Center leadership. salary: $20.81 - $26.01 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

 Model “Customer 1st” behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service

 Open and distribute mail

 Answer telephone for Supply Chain Manager, Sr. Supply Chain Manager, and Senior Transportation Manager

 Type/compose letters and memos

 Maintain calendar for Executives

 Arrange meetings; coordinate travel for Executives

 Take/transcribe dictation, as required

 File reports

 Coordinate United Way campaign activities for the Distribution Center

 Maintain office supplies and office machines; arrange for service calls, as needed

 Coordinate injury reports and light duty schedules

 Perform time and attendance functions

 Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
