Regional Forecast Disaggregation Analyst (North America) - Drive Demand Accuracy! Are you a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional ready to play a critical role in optimizing demand forecasts for the North America region?
We are seeking a Regional Forecast Disaggregation Analyst to join our Demand Planning function. This is a key role focused on the granularity and accuracy of our forecasts at the SKU and Customer level, ensuring data integrity is maintained across our core planning systems. What You'll Bring:
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain analytics, or related roles.
- System Knowledge: Experience with planning systems such as FuturMaster, OMP, or similar systems is highly desirable. Experience working with ERP or planning systems for data upload and testing is required.
- Analytical Power: solid analytical skills are essential, with proven experience in data monitoring, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to focus on detailed and repetitive data tasks and maintain exceptional Attention to Detail.
- Data Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools.
- Collaboration: Familiarity with CPFR processes and a demonstrated ability to collaborate and work as a team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration & Planning
o Partner with the Pioneer team to develop and execute plans for forced
SKU-level splitting by Customer/FSC in Planning Systems
(FuturMaster/OMP) during the go-live of new FSCs.
Data Preparation & System Upload
o Prepare and format files appropriately for upload into Planning Systems.
o Coordinate with consultants or internal teams to upload files first into Test
databases, conduct splitting tests, and ensure accuracy before
deployment into Production databases.
Consumption Monitoring & Investigation
o Monitor consumption data by Customer/SKU/FSC during the period to
identify outliers or anomalies.
o Collaborate with CPFR (Collaborative Planning Forecasting and
Replenishment) teams to investigate and resolve identified discrepancies.
Post-Period Analysis
o Analyze consumption data after the period to detect outliers and work with
CPFR teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
KPI Reporting & Forecast Accuracy
o Generate and report KPIs by Customer/FSC.
o Provide detailed explanations for any low forecast accuracy, including
findings from investigations and recommendations for improvement.
Forecast Disaggregation Management
o After six periods of “clean” sales history in FuturMaster, remove forced
splits and allow the Planning System to calculate splitting by Distribution
Center (DC) automatically.
