This is an exceptional contract opportunity to be an integral player in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting significant base capital projects and daily site operations. You will be the central pillar of support for approximately 20 site staff—including project managers and engineers—providing the critical administrative foundation that ensures project success and operational efficiency. - Lead Project & Team Coordination: Guide project teams (managers/engineers) by setting up vital meetings and ensuring all technology is fully functional and ready, streamlining their work.
- Champion Site Safety & Access: Serve as the professional face of the site by greeting all visitors and coordinating secure site access and essential contractor safety compliance.
- Drive Operational Integrity: Maintain critical documentation by meticulously scanning reports and inspection documents. Manage the accurate tracking of all pool vehicle maintenance records.
- Facilitate Onboarding & Travel: Coordinate all new employee onboarding logistics, process equipment orders, and manage travel arrangements, providing a seamless welcome and support experience.
- Proven Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency with complex general administrative tasks, project support, and coordinating logistics in a professional corporate environment.
- Proactive & Independent Initiative: A proactive work style with a proven ability to anticipate needs and thrive with autonomy, handling multiple priorities without constant direction.
- Strong Communication & Adaptability: Skilled in positive, engaging interaction with diverse personnel, contractors, and visitors. Demonstrated comfort with adapting to changing priorities.
- Mobility Requirement: Must hold a valid driver’s license to perform essential site errands.
