In this role, you will be the final line of defense, using world-class Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) tools to perform precise, structural analysis that drives immediate manufacturing decisions. Minimum Qualifications
- Education: 2-3 year College Associate’s Degree in a relevant technical or scientific field.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, for data documentation and reporting.
- Precision Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination and motor skills required for operating sensitive analytical equipment.
- Schedule Commitment: Must be available and committed to working the full compressed work schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
- Microscopy Expertise: Direct experience with Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) operation and analysis.

Responsibilities
s a Night Shift TEM Analysis Technician, your primary mission will be to deliver accurate, time-sensitive data that maintains our manufacturing quality and throughput. You will be responsible for:
- Advanced Microscopy: Operating high-resolution Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) tools to capture precise images, spectra, and hyperspectral data from prepared semiconductor TEM samples.
- Operational Agility: Working efficiently and effectively within a demanding manufacturing environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities and urgent analytical requests.
- Data Reporting: Compiling, formatting, and delivering final TEM data and comprehensive TEM analysis reports to internal engineering customers using applications like PowerPoint and Excel.
- Procedural Compliance: Diligently following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and accurately interpreting written TEM guides to ensure the correct imaging targets and methodologies are used.
- Team Collaboration: Partnering closely with the rest of the TEM Team and the Sample Preparation team to ensure a seamless workflow from sample creation to final analysis.
- Customer Communication: Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication with internal customers regarding request status, findings, and technical details.
