This role is responsible for ensuring the factory runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively by perfectly synchronizing material supply with manufacturing needs.

You will be the vital link coordinating between Procurement, the Distribution Center, the Production floor, and external logistics partners. Core Responsibilities

Production Flow & Capacity Synchronization

• Master Scheduling: Construct and manage primary production schedules, expertly balancing incoming customer orders against available labor and component supplies.
  
  
• Timeline Precision: Create detailed, actionable production roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment between anticipated sales and current stock levels.
  
  
• Integrated Communication: Serve as the scheduling liaison, proactively communicating required schedule adjustments to all internal departments and third-party logistics partners to prevent operational hiccups. Demand Intelligence & Performance Analytics
  
  
• Predictive Modeling: Develop nuanced demand forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, incorporating current market trends, and utilizing comprehensive business metrics.
