Responsibilities
- Consult clients to help them select the best products.
- Drive sales through promotion, upselling, and cross-selling techniques to meet and surpass assigned targets.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships with regular customers.
- Manage inventory by ensuring precise levels, performing counts, and documenting stock receipts.
- Perform technical assembly of custom hose assemblies and maintain component stock.
- Handle all sales transactions (cash/card) and execute store opening/closing procedures, including after-hours service.
- Oversee logistics, including processing deliveries and managing customer pickups.
- Ensure the facility is consistently clean, neat, and visually appealing.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store personnel.
- Optimize staff schedules to ensure peak customer service coverage.
- Develop employees for advancement opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.
- Implement promotional programs and design engaging product displays.
