Responsibilities

Directly support the Team Lead with a number of Talent Attraction & Engagement activities, including but not limited to:

• Build employer branding strategy and engagement focuses for the team.
• Focus on amplifying storytelling opportunities for these lines of business to create engaging opportunities that garner interest from new talent to join the organization
• Create content and programmatic ads that showcase the case to new potential new talent
• Plan, design, execute, and measure recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
• Develop end to end holistic talent marketing strategies
• Answer questions on how the team effectively interviews, develops job ads, markets to new talent, and utilizes social media to build employer branding focuses.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience with the below skill sets:

• Hands-on experience with employer branding, talent engagement, and talent marketing
• Creative production and creative branding experience
• Tracking and measuring metrics focused around talent engagement initiatives
• Partnering with hiring teams to understand hiring needs, targets, and goals to effectively drive messages tailored to appropriate audiences.
• Highly prefers understanding of banking or financial services
