5-Stage AR Pipeline Responsibilities

 

1. Onboarding (Global Risk):

• Conduct enhanced KYC/credit checks (international focus).
  
  
• Verify signed terms, Wire Transfer protocols, and mandatory PO/Vendor IDs.
  
  

2. Invoicing (Velocity & Accuracy):

• Generate digital invoices within 24 hours.
  
  
• Enforce strict PO matching and handle multi-currency accounting/tax compliance.
  
  

3. Proactive Follow-up:

• Manage 7, 3, and 1-day reminders, confirming international wire payment status.
  
  
• Provide prompt, professional, and sensitive client support.
  
  

4. Systematic Collections (Escalation):

• Daily AR Aging analysis, prioritizing international risk.
  
  
• Execute protocol: Day 1, Day 7, Day 15 (Service Hold), and Day 30 (Final Demand) follow-ups.
  
  
• Track all PTP agreements rigorously.
  
  

5. Resolution & Reporting:

• Process all payments (International Wire/ACH), ensuring currency reconciliation.
  
  
• Rapidly resolve disputes (fees/conversion errors).
  
  
• Prepare weekly DSO and collections effectiveness reports.
