Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies inventory, incoming/outgoing mail, and general office equipment.
• Prepare and distribute official tenant notices, leases, and correspondence.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access for work within tenant spaces or common areas.
• Conduct regular, light inspections of common areas to ensure cleanliness and report any significant maintenance needs immediately.
• Manage and submit maintenance work orders reported by tenants and follow up to confirm completion and tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain the professional appearance of the management office, including the light housekeeping duty of emptying the small office trash bin daily.
