The Opportunity:
Our organization is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Individual Certification Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for upholding the integrity of our certification program by guiding candidates through the process and ensuring all standards are met. You will be a key contributor to a core function of our business, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality experience for all applicants.
salary: $26 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Meticulously review and process certification applications, ensuring all submitted documentation meets established guidelines and compliance standards.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants, providing clear communication, status updates, and timely support throughout the certification lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential records within our program database, tracking applicant progress and generating status reports.
- Assist in upholding and refining program policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure a seamless workflow and consistent application of certification standards.
