- Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years of professional sales experience.
- Minimum 1+ years of business experience, preferably in B2B sales, staffing, or workforce solutions.
- Proven track record in a metrics-driven environment with business development and talent acquisition responsibilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, effective at engaging both clients and candidates

Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new clients and strategically expand business within your existing book by selling Randstad's comprehensive workforce solutions
- Cultivate deep relationships with Hiring Managers and executive decision-makers through high-impact, consultative sales activities (virtual, in-person, and cold outreach)
- Diagnose complex workforce challenges and design staffing solutions that directly increase our clients' productivity and profitability
- killfully negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and contracts to ensure successful placements while consistently maximizing gross margin and profit
- Take full ownership of the placement lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to selecting and placing the best candidates
- Work cross-functionally across Randstad to generate leads, share market insights, and collectively expand our client base.
