Join our Abandoned Property Team, where you will be responsible for time-sensitive processes that ensure compliance and directly impact our clients. This role involves vital work, including performing abandoned account identification, executing statutory due diligence, and completing regulatory escheatment. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional service via inbound and outbound phone calls to clients and branch personnel, with the dedicated goal of reuniting clients with their rightful assets.
salary: $21 - $21.01 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Answering client calls and email inquiries while processing various assignments
- Multitasking while communicating with clients and branch offices via phone
- Adhering to strict schedule for phone support.
- Conducting outreach in effort to reunite abandoned clients with their assets
- Performing regular account maintenance, including document review, to ensure accuracy
Shifts
Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
*This is an on-site/hybrid role (Selected candidate will be expected to be on-site 100% of the time through training. Once candidate is up to speed and able to be fully functional in role, will move to hybrid with at least 3-days onsite)
