We're searching for a detail-oriented and energetic temporary Sales Support Specialist to be the backbone of our sales team. You'll provide crucial support, manage administrative tasks, and ensure our sales representatives can focus on what they do best—driving growth.  Interested candidates, apply within.

Responsibilities

Performs job maintenance to ensure Sales team data entry precision and accuracy for customer puchase orders and change forms; makes corrections. Assist with CRM accounts database clean up and maintenance and use system to research sales matters, and provide general assistance to the sales team. Support the sales team by cutting samples upon request, building sample kits and preparing samples for trade shows. Provide support for leads reporting, tracking and leads database maintenance for trade shows and other opportunities. Provides back-up support on the front desk on an as-needed basis by handling incoming calls quickly and professionally, greeting and announcing visitors, and assisting with daily mail distribution.
