• Coach Front-line Managers on best-in-class coaching techniques to develop Contact Center Representatives effectively, including time management, work prioritization, and continuous improvement mindsets.
• Facilitate group learning sessions for Front-line Managers and lead focused small groups to gather data for program improvement.
• Mentor mid-level Directors through individual meetings, coaching them on how to effectively support and implement programs and address performance issues.
• Communicate program, team, and individual information effectively across all levels of management via written (email, Slack, MS Word) and face-to-face meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

•  3+ years of proven experience utilizing best-in-class coaching techniques in a Contact Center or Claims environment.
• Demonstrated training facilitation skills for groups and meetings.
• Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for presentations and reporting.
• Ability to think abstractly and concretely, maintaining a balance between task-orientation and collaboration.
