Responsibilities
- Direct Sales Support: Offer immediate assistance to the sales team, aiding with purchase order entry, generating price quotes, initiating follow-ups, and managing the order fulfillment workflow.
- Client Communication: Liaise with customers regarding the status of their orders, product availability, and crucial shipping notifications.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and manage all client records within the CRM platform, ensuring that lead information, account details, and order statuses are current and accurate.
- Fulfillment Management: Coordinate logistics and fulfillment details by communicating effectively with both customers and warehouse facilities.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively review pending orders and address all complications related to shipment delays or customer inquiries.
- Product Enablement: Support the launch of new products and efficiently communicate updates and information back to the core sales team.
- Reporting Assistance: Aid in the creation of sales performance reports and identify emerging trends or areas for procedural enhancement.
- Experience: 1–2 years Sales Support / Admin (Preferred).
- Skills: Proficient Excel, Microsoft Office.
- Systems: CRM / ERP experience (Plus).
- Core Traits: Highly organized, strong attention to detail, multitasking ability.
