We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to fill various positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and operational stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Must be able to work a Hybrid schedule onsite 2 days a week.   Qualifications:

• Must have 1 to 3 years of High Volume full-cycle recruiting experience
• Ability to manage 13 plus open jobs at a time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Responsible for staffing and high-volume recruiting of entry level and customer support positions
• Experience hiring entry- to mid-level candidates supporting sales and other business lines
• Comfortable managing 13–20 open requisitions at a time, ensuring consistent activity across all roles
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, with frequent communication and partnership with hiring managers
