- 3–7 years of project management experience, preferably in financial or merchandising in a retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive initiatives to completion across multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Project Management or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Certification in project management (PME), required
- Results-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage to timelines, milestones, and budgets effectively.

Responsibilities
- Drive and lead cross-functional project teams from planning through delivery, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, tracking progress against key milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively inform and update stakeholders on project progress, key decisions, and potential risks or delays, ensuring transparency and alignment at all levels.
- Monitor and manage project performance, identifying deviations early and implementing corrective actions to maintain momentum
- Coordinate across teams to resolve roadblocks quickly and ensure dependencies are managed effectively.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial parameters are met and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver regular project updates, dashboards, and presentations to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
