Compensation & Opportunity
- Base Salary: $75,000
- 1st Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $135,000+
- Top Performers: Our top 10% of sales professionals consistently earn $500,000+.
- Quota: You will own a challenging, seven-figure quota and be expected to exceed it. What You'll Be Doing: The Core Challenge
This role requires a dedicated hunter and closer who can manage a complex, fast-paced territory. Your primary mission is to drive significant revenue by executing the entire sales cycle with efficiency and intensity.
- Aggressive Lead Generation: Consistently generate new business through in-person and cold calling efforts, establishing a robust pipeline.
- Own the Sales Cycle: Skillfully move prospects from initial interest through product demonstrations to a completed sale, including creating and closing complex, emotional sales opportunities.
- Expert Consulting: Serve as a product expert, effectively communicating features, pricing, and value propositions while adeptly handling and overcoming customer objections to secure the deal.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate deep, long-term professional relationships with key medical professionals in your territory, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and private practice physicians.
- Operational Excellence: Juggle multiple time-sensitive priorities simultaneously, maintaining immaculate records and providing timely, accurate sales pipeline reports via our CRM (Salesforce).
- Team Collaboration: Share winning strategies with colleagues and utilize internal clinical and partner resources to maximize territory performance and achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
- Market Presence: Act as the face of the company at industry conventions and events. Must possess: Grit, Resilience, Hunter's Mentality, the ability to close the deal. Ability to Travel up to 80% of days (Max 40% overnight)
