You will be the guardian of our clients vital technical documents and a key operational link. This role is a foundation for learning core business processes, document management, and logistics support—skills highly transferable and valued in any industry.
What You Will Achieve (Responsibilities as Opportunities)
- Secure & Digitize Critical Assets: Retrieve and accurately scan technical drawings using specialized equipment, transforming physical documents into easily accessible digital records.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy, proper labeling, and organized indexing of all scanned drawings, directly impacting the quality of service for our clients.
- Facilitate Seamless Operations: Collaborate with team members to fulfill time-sensitive drawing requests from various departments, ensuring swift operational flow.
- Master Administrative Excellence: Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) for essential data entry and document processing, and assist in maintaining an efficient document storage and retrieval system.
- Uphold Confidentiality: Manage the security of sensitive documents, upholding the highest standards of data protection and compliance.

Essential Skills:
