We’re looking for an Eligibility Specialist to join our team in Arizona! In this role, you’ll help members complete and renew their healthcare applications, support retention programs, and assist with community outreach activities. You’ll play an important role in helping individuals and families access the care and coverage they need.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 8 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Upholds our member care standards
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, and the capacity to multi-task in a structured work
- environment are required
- Ability to handle confidential and personal information is critical
- Build relationships with potential referral sources
- Directly engage with the member on behalf of Health Choice and BCBSAZ programs
- Proficient in translating complex process into simple, step by step instructions members can understand and act upon
- Must be able to work independently, multitask, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
