Responsibilities
- Uphold our member care standards and directly engage with members on behalf of health programs.
- Proficiently translate complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions members can easily understand and act upon.
- Build and foster professional relationships with potential referral sources, community partners, and internal business partners.
- Promote health brand to members.
- Submit weekly/monthly summary of processed application reports.
- Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and secure all member-sensitive documents.
- Work independently, multitask, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Dedicated, private, and secured work area established for remote work.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Knowledge of the local health care community and Medicaid and Medicare regulations and guidelines.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and with community partners.
- Effective time management, organizational skills, and the capacity to prioritize and manage a large workload.
- Ability to think analytically and make independent decisions.
