Your Role & Impact
The HR Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for all HR Department inquiries. Key responsibilities include:
- Front-Line Support: Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls, utilizing various applications and resources to quickly assess caller needs, answer inquiries, and resolve Tier 1 issues.
- Data Integrity: Accurately complete data entry of sensitive employee personal and job information, ensuring strict compliance with all company policies and procedures related to employee data management.
- Application Support: Provide excellent customer support for various HR systems and applications to internal users.
- Case Management: Gather and meticulously document vital details from customers related to their issue, identifying and initiating the appropriate course of action needed for timely resolution.
salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and case inquiries.
Identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
Perform basic training and provide users with training material.
Perform data entry of employee personal and job information.
Audit transactions and ensure compliance with employee data maintenance policies and
procedures.
Manage a variety of tasks and activities to satisfy business needs.
Document and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 Support.
Maintain strict adherence with confidentiality requirements.
Work on special reports and project as assigned within defined deadlines as part of a
Team and on an individual basis.
