- Pioneer the management and analysis of cost, schedule, and performance data, serving as the trusted point person for your assigned subcontracts.
- Ensure unwavering compliance with the complex regulatory landscape, including ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS standards, DoD, FAR, and DFARS requirements, and support critical compliance audits.
- Conduct root cause analysis for cost and schedule variances, preparing clear corrective action plans for leadership and Supply Chain Directors.
- Mobilize continuous process improvement initiatives to monitor, measure, and enhance subcontract performance, productivity, and health.
- Collaborate across functions, integrating cost, schedule, and technical data with program finance and scheduling teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s (BS/BA) Degree is required.
- 6 years specialized experience in program and/or Subcontract Finance with at least 4 years of experience working in Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD FAR Supplement is essential.
- Skills: strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Security: Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required.
