You will be the crucial first point of contact for business customers reporting vehicle accidents or repair needs. The ideal candidate must excel at active listening, asking the right diagnostic questions, and efficiently documenting every detail to create the initial service order report. Your core responsibility will be to quickly and accurately dispatch the case to the most appropriate team member, and then perform proactive follow-up until the repair process is successfully completed. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary claims intake coordinator for all business vehicle accidents and repair requests, demonstrating active listening to capture critical details in high-stress situations.
  
  
• Conduct structured intake interviews, asking targeted diagnostic questions to determine the exact nature of the vehicle damage, location, and immediate support needs.
  
  
• Create accurate, detailed dispatch reports and service orders based on customer input and system requirements, initiating the repair process efficiently.
  
  
• Facilitate immediate dispatch by accurately routing the service order and customer to the most qualified team member or repair technician for repair or claims processing.
  
  
• Maintain comprehensive case notes within the CRM system, documenting all repair milestones, customer communications, and required follow-up until the vehicle repair is fully completed and signed off by the client.
