Responsibilities

Key Schedule Notes:

• Must be available New Year’s Eve – December 31 (2nd shift may be shortened)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process payroll and/or tax forms during high-volume season
  
  
• Prepare, review, and verify W-2s and year-end documents
  
  
• Assist with printing, sorting, quality control, and shipping tasks
  
  
• Learn and utilize internal software efficiently
  
  
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and deadlines
  
  
• Provide overflow support for other regional locations as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or material handling preferred
  
  
• strong computer and typing skills; comfortable learning new software
  
  
• Attention to detail and reliable attendance required
  
  
• Consistent work history preferred (no gaps over six months)
  
  
• Must be adaptable, team-oriented, and able to take direction
  
  
• No forklift experience required or needed
