We are looking for an energetic and reliable Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to ensure our floral products are perfectly displayed in assigned retail locations around Ludington, MI and surrounding areas.
What We Offer:
- Pay: $35.00 per visit (Estimated 1.5 hours per visit).
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. (Approx. 1.5 hours of flexible work time per visit).

Your Role:
You will act as the face of our company in each retail store, working independently on a planned route to maximize the visibility and freshness of our products.
- Display Excellence: Ensure flower displays are immaculate, attractive, and adhere to company standards.
- Inventory Management: Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory and ensure product rotation.
- Communication: Use a mobile device to report activities and communicate with your supervisor.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and friendly presence with store employees, managers, and customers.
- Seasonal Support: Provide critical support during key holidays (Valentine's Day, Christmas, Etc).
- Reliable transportation to reach all assigned locations in the Ludington area.
- Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Must own a smartphone and have internet access for reporting.
- Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
- Ability to bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
- Walk and stand for the majority of the shift.
