Responsibilities
- Content Development: Design, write, and update comprehensive training materials (SOPs, job aids, e-modules) for all revenue cycle functions.
- Training Delivery: Lead onboarding programs for new hires and deliver ongoing continuing education, refresher courses, and compliance training to all staff.
- Client Education: Provide application and system training to external RCM clients, ensuring their staff understand software workflows and data entry.
- Needs Analysis: Collaborate with leadership and QA to analyze audit data, identify knowledge gaps, and develop targeted training to fix root-cause issues.
- Industry Monitoring: Actively track and translate complex payer/regulatory updates (e.g., CMS) into simplified, actionable training content.
- System Training: Serve as a subject matter expert for software implementations/upgrades, developing materials and training staff on new workflows.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor training completion and analyze program effectiveness by tracking post-training improvements in staff performance.
- Personalized Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to support new hires, remediate performance, and assist with cross-training.
- SOP Maintenance: Maintain expert-level knowledge of all department manuals, ensuring they are accurate and effectively used in training.
