We currently have an opening within a dispatch team. We are looking for someone who is hard working, has a positive and energetic attitude, is a team player, and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks.  Reviews emails, on an ongoing basis, for new service requests.

•  Creates work orders for all service requests received via email or telephone.
• Excel experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Technician Dispatch and Scheduling:
  
  
  • Utilize system to strategically map and assign work orders, matching the request to the most appropriate technician based on required expertise and ability to meet customer response time standards.
    
    
  • Communicate proactively with technicians (via phone/email) regarding their assigned work orders and verify their ability to adhere to scheduled response times.
    
    
  • Schedule miscellaneous tasks or projects for technicians, coordinating them around urgent service request work orders.
    
    
  • Maintain a technician calendar to ensure adequate staffing coverage for ongoing service requests.
    
    
• Customer Communication and Follow-up:
  
  
  • Provide customers with timely updates, including the technician's estimated time of arrival (ETA).
    
    
  • Review completed work orders in Eautomate for accuracy (time recorded, materials used, and resolution details).
    
    
  • Communicate work order closeout information to the customer via email
