Responsibilities
- Lead Customer Service and Sales Growth: Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting products (including custom hose assemblies), promptly resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction, and proactively promoting products to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage Store Operations and Inventory: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, handling all transaction types (cash/card), and providing after-hours service when necessary. This also involves managing all material handling (deliveries/pickups) and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure Inventory Accuracy and Stock Management: Build and stock custom inventory, conduct regular counts, and manage stock receipts to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained at all times.
- Recruit, Train, and Develop Team: Recruit, train, and schedule store personnel to optimize coverage and customer service. Evaluate performance and prepare employees for advancement opportunities to build a high-performing team.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Focus on building long-term relationships with regular customers and engaging with the community to support broader marketing efforts and customer engagement strategies.
