What You'll Do (The Core Focus):
- Order Quality Control: Perform essential quality assurance checks on daily technical service and delivery orders submitted by our field technicians.
- System Coordination: Monitor and track commercial accounts through our computerized and third-party systems, ensuring every order is entered correctly and fulfilled completely.
- Key Communication: Act as the administrative link between our account managers, branch managers, and commercial customers, providing essential updates on HVAC repairs and deliveries.
- Customer Support: Handle basic and routine customer inquiries and order follow-up with a high level of professionalism.
- Reliability: We require stability, excellent attendance, and a strong, consistent work ethic.
- Experience: Proven background in call center, administrative support, or quality assurance roles.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
- Requirements: Basic computer proficiency and strong organizational skills.
- Competitive Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour (Increased from $16.00!)
- Temp-to-Perm: True path to full-time employment (3-5 months based on performance).
- Full Benefits: Available upon conversion to permanent status.
- Mandatory Screenings: Successful completion of a drug test (including marijuana), background check, and employment/education verification is required.

Responsibilities
- Order Management & Quality Control (QA): Receive and manage a daily queue/call list of new technical service and delivery orders from technicians for commercial accounts.
- Data Verification & Auditing: Execute a thorough quality assurance check on every order to confirm accurate data entry, proper documentation, and adherence to established service protocols.
- Proactive Communication & Monitoring: Monitor open orders throughout the service lifecycle and proactively communicate with on-site branch managers or account managers to ensure timely fulfillment and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
- Customer Updates: Utilize dedicated third-party communication systems to provide professional updates to commercial customers regarding the status of HVAC repairs, service timelines, and deliveries.
- Troubleshooting: Address order inquiries and administrative discrepancies, initiating standard actions for correction or referral to senior staff as needed.
- System Utilization: Maintain accurate records by navigating and utilizing computerized tracking and order entry systems effectively.
