You will be instrumental in managing all firm payables—from vendor invoices and rent to specialized sweep accounts—and upholding meticulous 1099 records. Success in this role demands outstanding organization, unwavering focus to ensure zero error in check printing/mailing, and a positive, collaborative spirit. This is a role for a punctual professional who is driven by productivity and thrives on providing superior support to both internal and external clients. Responsibilities

• Support with Quickbooks in accounting/finance
• Keeping 1099 information up to date
• Experience with payables (rent/vendor payments/general bill-pay and sweep accounts)
• Maintaining daily and monthly bill pay systems on time
• Printing and mailing checks with extreme accuracy
• Providing superior service to internal staff and external staff (clients)
• Maintaining and supporting both individual and operating accounts
