- Architect & Optimize Processes: Lead the rigorous analysis and mapping of current and future state business processes, explicitly identifying opportunities for system optimization and automation within Workday.
- Implement Workday Solutions: Configure and customize Workday HCM applications to align with detailed client requirements, leveraging your knowledge of HR system and contingent worker processes.
- Translate & Document Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (including HR, Finance, and technical staff) to elicit, define, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Analyze & Report: Develop and execute data analysis and reporting using Workday tools to provide data-driven insights that support key project decisions.
- Enable User Success: Conduct end-user training sessions, provide technical support for Workday issues, and create user documentation to ensure effective platform adoption and change management.
- Experience & Proficiency: 2+ years of demonstrable professional experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Business Process Mapping (BPM).
- Workday Expertise: Proven experience with Workday functional processes, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
- Process Analysis Mastery: Demonstrated capability to analyze, map, and document complex business processes, identifying gaps and solutions for optimization.
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and partner effectively with business users and technical teams.
