Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring prompt
and professional communication.
Process and manage customer orders, exchanges, and returns with attention to accuracy
and timeliness.
Provide updates on order status, product availability, and delivery timelines to customers
and account managers.
Investigate and resolve customer concerns or issues with professionalism and a solutions-
oriented approach.
Support the returns and billing departments as needed to ensure seamless service from
order to delivery.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Pacific Uniform’s products, services,
and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Contribute to team goals by assisting with special projects or process improvements that
enhance customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related coursework
preferred.
1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or
apparel environment.
strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and order management
systems.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
Work Environment:
This position is based in an office environment with standard business hours. Occasional
overtime may be required during peak periods or special projects.
