Qualifications:
 High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related coursework
preferred.
 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or
apparel environment.

 Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and order management
systems.
 Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
 A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
Work Environment:
This position is based in an office environment with standard business hours. Occasional
overtime may be required during peak periods or special projects.
