Key Responsibilities:
- Pioneer & Implement Solutions: Configure and customize Workday applications, ensuring they meet the client's specific business needs, with a deep focus on Core HCM and contingent worker business processes.
- Strategize & Analyze: Lead workshops to collaborate with stakeholders, gather, and meticulously document complex business requirements for Workday implementations and system enhancements.
- Drive Process Optimization: Analyze existing HR processes to identify and map areas for optimization and automation, leveraging your knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues, applying critical thinking and excellent analytical skills to resolve complex problems.
- Enable User Adoption: Conduct engaging training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Workday applications and create essential user documentation.
- Experience & Proficiency: 4+ years of functional experience configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM modules and contingent worker processes.
- Current, active Workday HCM certification (Workday Pro or Partner Certified) is essential.
- Technical Acumen: Proven knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including best practices for design, testing, and deployment methodologies.
- Consulting Prowess: Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, manage client expectations, and lead successful requirements gathering sessions.
