Seeking a dedicated and sharp Customer Service Representative to be the bedrock of our customer relationships at our Winter Park, FL location. If you thrive on solving problems, juggling tasks like a pro, and ensuring every client feels like our only client, this is your stage. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
• Process and manage customer orders, exchanges, and returns with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide updates on order status, product availability, and delivery timelines to customers and account managers.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns or issues with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Support the returns and billing departments as needed to ensure seamless service fromnorder to delivery.
• Develop and maintain a fluent understanding of Pacific Uniform’s products, services, and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Contribute to team goals by assisting with special projects or process improvements that enhance customer experience.
